^{The real name is Fina Taufik, but I also love to write it literally as Vienna Tauvique. If it reminds you of a city, you are right - one day I also would like to visit Vienna, one of the most historically beautiful cities in the world.

I am artistic and I always love various form of art since I was small. Dance, film and theatre, literature, music and the visual one. But I just want to talk about visual art here (as it is the site, duh~.. lol)

One of my biggest dreams is I want to be an artist. Only I always lazy to create artworks lol. Initially I love to sketch on the drawing pad, it was when I just in grade 6. My drawing was very comical since I also loved anime and manga at that moment.

I started to know DA around mid 2005, accidentally. I was searching for a reference for a school project and there was a picture that linked to DA. And so it was - I began to get to know and surfed this site. I still remember - The first artist I knew in DA was ~Graphix-Goddess.

And it was when my passion for art born. I got to know more and more talented artists here - from the daily deviations I viewed at that time. But from all the art category that I know, I developed most interest in photomanipulation.

Like most artists here, I am self-taught in photoshop too. I started to learn it seriously in 2008, after at last I can't just always collecting and fav-ing somebody's deviation that I NEED to create and submit something fine. But yes, somehow I am still an amateur. And my artworks are not many yet. If only I have many free time at home, so I can create more and always producing new art every week or day.

Naturally it's easy for me to looking for an inspiration - from what I see, watch, listen and read. But it is still hard for me to flow my inspirations down onto a piece of artwork. My drawing skill is not that expert enough. Also it's been long time I haven't sketch on the drawing pad... since I began to learn photomanipulation. Honestly I really miss to draw. At the moment I am still practicing how to draw portrait traditionally. And it is because portrait always impressed me... Sometimes a very amazing pencil-sketched portrait can trick me at first, that I thought it is a black and white photograph, but when I take a closer and full view, it's always breathtaking... Such a masterpiece created by a gifted hand. And I always envy the artist

Perhaps someday I will continue my education by taking a degree in the course I really want to study: History of Art. I think, this very suits me personally, since besides art I also love history too <3

All in all, DeviantArt has opened my eyes into many new dimension from every aspects of life... only from the pieces of artworks that been uploaded here

Few years ago I might also like you - the one who only like to surf art or following your favourite artists' artwork that you always want to visit their DA page everyday until you get to thinking: I want to be a great artist like them too (:}
